All recognitions and identifications on the following pages have been derived by the author over a period of approximately 8 years (from 2000 to present) and are based on combinations of the following:
Note: The author has never undergone hypnosis or past life regression, and therefore has no opinion regarding these techniques. All interest in this subject occurred after a personal experience; a spontaneous and unexpected recognition of one person. At the time of that recognition (and during the subsequent historical identifications and matches) the author was not suffering from any psychological distress, trauma, loss of a loved one, etc. (nor has the author ever had any problems associated with addiction, mental illness, or memory impairment). In addition, the author was not influenced by, nor had she any experience with any religious organization (so-called “traditional” or "new-age"), self induced hypnosis, channeling, meditation, or any other formalized spiritual practice prior to her experiences. Summary of findings:1. People appear to reincarnate in groups; sometimes in the same relationships, often in different relationships. These groups can be family members, neighbors, co-workers, friends, etc. In many instances, these people seem drawn together through a common interest, vocation, or geographical preference. In more positive situations, these groups of people tend to get along well, easily enjoying each other's company. At times, it seems as though they share a common thought "frequency" and often stay in touch after they've left the situation that originally brought them together. In addition, sometimes seemingly karmic oriented patterns may re-emerge in particular relationships. 2. Facial structure remains similar from lifetime to lifetime. At times, it can be almost exactly identical. Though this may seem preposterous to some at first, I and many other independent researchers/experiencers have found this to be the case time and time again. In my opinion, the most important conclusion that can be drawn from this evidence is that the spirit and its accompanying intention/will/motivation affects and manifests in three-dimensional physcial reality. 3. Race, nationality, religion, physical build, height, sexual preference, and gender may change from lifetime to lifetime. In a few rare cases, people have reincarnated with the same name - either first, last, or both. In some instances, people actually display physical birthmarks in the same locations on the body where a wound or injury occurred in a past life for which they have factually verifiable memories. 4. Hobbies, interests, personality traits, mannerisms, preferences, motivations, and sometimes vocational interests may remain similar (particularly in consecutive lifetimes) and may be affected by past life circumstances, challenges, intentions, or unfinished emotional issus and karmic ties. 5. In researching and remembering past lives, people at times experience a more expanded consciousness that is beyond their normal every day capabilities. Past life memories can be experienced at any point in one's life, and are reported by both children and adults who come from a wide range of ethnic, national, cultural, and religious backgrounds. These feelings and memories often arise unexpectedly and spontaneously - with no forethought, intention, or effort. 6. Synchroncities (coincidences that are strikingly conspicuous because of the timing of surrounding events, emotions, places, names, and/or dates) are frequently noticed by people who recall and research past lives.
